You Are

You are what you want to be, it's right there in your brain, you just have to activate the "ON" button and accept what comes from your mind and appreciate it. Once a small change in your thoughts happens your whole life will change. Right now your life is in your hands, all you have to do is imagine a perfect life, then make it a reality using the most intelligent thing on earth which is your inner mind.
The quality of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts, if you think negatively you create a negative life, while if you think positively you'll create a life of success and happiness.You choose your own future by every action and by every thought.

You are the programmer and your mind is the application you are creating. But the difference here is: this application is governing your whole life and turning it the way it wants based on what you've placed in it from past experiences, beliefs and thoughts. Even though experiences form a great part of our beliefs and thoughts, it can be easy to make them for our benefit. So even if you've been through a bad experience in the past, get the lessons from it and forget the pain, don't let your past control your future.

 Think Positive:

 Of course you've heard people tell you to think positive loads of times, but it isn't easy with an undisciplined mind, since the mind is always sending thoughts, these thoughts are based on your current situation, beliefs, and mind conditioning, so if you are going through bad times, your mind won't leave you alone, it'll keep pursuing you with negative chatter and since we don't know how to ignore these negative thoughts, we fall in the trap of identifying with them, obsessing about them and thus giving them energy, and the problem is that when you give a negative thought energy it attracts more of its like, so whenever you let one negative thought in, your mind will be full of negative babble.

Did it ever happen to you that once you were angry with someone, and thinking about his recent bad deed you kept going back through all the bad stuff he's done to you? That is a clear example of what i mean by a negative thought attracting more of its like.

How to get rid of negative thoughts?

It may seem hard at first to discipline your mind, but it all depends on your attitude, so it may take you 1 day or it may take you a full year to become positive, it is all up to you:

Try following these steps:

1. Believe :
The most  powerful thing to do is to believe that you will become positive.

2. Take the role of the observer:
Most of us don't realize when we are thinking, it has become a habit, but without knowing when you are thinking it might seem impossible to resist negative from now on try to be more aware of what you are thinking.

3. Observe
Once you realize you are thinking just observe the thought, don't argue with it or judge it, just look at it objectively.

4. Ignore:
If the thought was negative (worry, resentment, anxiety, nervousness,...) Just ignore it, let it go. You can also imagine thoughts popping up on a screen, so when you don't like a thought you can simply imagine smashing the screen with a baseball bat.

5. Give power to positive thoughts:
You might want to give attention to positive thoughts, and thus you'd be creating a positive mind and you'd get full control of your mind.

"The positive thinker sees the invisible,

Feels the intangible,
And Achieves the impossible".

Positive thinking can do magic:

  • It will make you extremely happy.
  • You see life differently: you start to appreciate the good things in life and ignore the bad things.
  • You'll achieve the impossible: whatever seemed unachievable before becomes possible. 
  • You'll start getting everything positive and life would be great.

You Will

Just Get Things to action

Now that you believe that you can have what you want, you have to acknowledge that you will get it. It's not enough to believe that you can since it's just Now that you believe that you can have what you want, you have to acknowledge that you will get it.words and not action, so you have to ulfill your belief by action, which requires you to develop an "I will" attitude,and that is by putting ideas into action, and now I want you to get a certain desire into your mind, something you really want, visualize it, Is it a new house? An expensive car? A new attitude? Happiness? just see yourself having it and smile at the thought of it, just be happy for having it. After you've done this and enjoyed the fact of having what you want, I want you to remind yourself that you will have it. Just take some time every day to visualize what you want several times and especially before retiring, since the subconscious works very effectively while you sleep and while your engaged in doing something fun, so be sure to give your mind a positive job to work on, and never say something discouraging to yourself before sleeping, that would be dreadful.

Let's say your desire is money, the sky won't rain money once you ask for it. It never worked that way.

How Does it Work Then?

When you ask your subconscious mind for you money, it won't transform into a bank machine. It will give you ideas that will make you money, so be sure to listen to your mind and whenever an ideas comes to your mind just write them down before they are lost, and believe in your abilities, whatever your ideas were just know that they is for your own benefit since you were recently programming your mind positively.

You Are A Genius! 

 Now an idea may come to your mind, but you may be so lazy to get up and get a pen and paper and you tell yourself:  "I'll write it later" but the subconscious mind isn't always available so an idea
you've missed can never come back. That's why you have to write it down immediately and when you've written it don't dismiss it as not-so-good, remember that anything that the subconscious mind sends is a masterpiece, you just don't know your ideas' value. We've missed so many opportunities by dismissing them as naive and then seeing someone else becoming a millionaire from an idea that is much simpler than ours. In fact everyone on earth  has had loads of opportunities to become a millionaire, but only 5% of us have embraced their opportunities, the others just thought they weren't good enough and that they can't be compared to other "geniuses" as those people might say "that person was a genius that's why he became so rich and famous" ,but the only difference between that person and others is that he has been using the massive intelligence of his subconscious mind and admiring himself, while others were ignoring their subconscious minds and admiring others. 


You Have A Massive Supply Of Intelligence Within...

 You can't know how massive the intelligence of you inner mind  is until you experience it, but unfortunately we've been limiting it by our negative thoughts. Once you say something like "I'm a failure" you're killing any chance of becoming a success though the chance is there the whole time but you're only strengthening failure every time you say that and the chance of you becoming successful will diminish slowly.

Get Rid Of Negative Thoughts

 Never think that life is harsh on you, since you've created your life and you can change it, all you have to do now is transform "I can " to "I will" and start saying affirmations to yourself throughout the day and especially before you sleep.It may be that your  life is really full of problems that seem very hard to solve, but the solution is in your hands, in your head actually, use your subconscious mind to solve any problem. Just don't think and worry about the problem too much, because that will stand in your mind's way. What you need to know is that any negative thought can be very destructive and it will stop any creative idea from reaching you, so you have to learn to ignore negative thoughts and focus only on positive ones, this might be easier said than done but positive thinking is a skill that is easy to learn and that is extremely rewarding.
 Your subconscious mind is working 24/7 so imagine what a disaster your life would be if you were a negative thinker, only giving your mind negative jobs to work on. Maybe this knowledge will let you relate in what way your every thought is affecting your life, and the next time you are thinking negatively, you'll remember this and just ignore the negative thought without scolding yourself for it since scolding yourself is also negative.

Practice Self Admiration! 

I'll have to remind you that the subconscious mind's key is visualization or feeling and not words, words are meaningless to our inner minds if they weren't associated to an image or feeling.
Now you have to develop the habit of praising yourself every time you do something nice so never feel embarrassed of saying stuff like:
I'm a genius or,
I'm the most creative thing on earth or,
People adore me or,
I'm the best
REMEMBER: every time you say such thing you are taking a huge leap towards it.

You Can

positive thinking Are you genuinely happy? No be honest, are you happy with your current life? If not just don't worry, life is great and it will open its gates of opportunities to you once you are ready to receive, all you have to do is to be open to life, embrace the good and ignore the bad, and lead the best life you could.There are really simple skills you need to learn and there's a small piece of knowledge that is really important to know before you learn the skills, you need to know who is controlling your life, you may think that its god -destiny- and if you believe so, you can't change your destiny. You may as well think the law of attraction is. But what I believe is that our lives are controlled by one thing only which is our subconscious minds, but what controls our subconscious minds? It's our conscious minds. So by definition, we control our subconscious mind which is controlling our lives, so we are in full control of our lives. Now you can cheer up because your current life situation will change the way you want it to. Did you ever wish you had a genie under your control? If a genie appears right now and says he can grant any wish of yours, what would your wishes be? I recommend you write them down on a piece of paper, your wishes are unlimited, so write down as much as you like.  Now have a look at what you've written. Do you think it's possible to make your wishes a reality? Actually the real answer is yes, even if your wishes seem somehow unrealistic, but the fact is, your subconscious mind is the genie, it will obey your commands whether they're negative or positive. So imagine one day you fail at solving a problem, so you start saying stuff like "I'm a failure, I'm so dumb,…" by that way you'd be sending a message to your subconscious mind, that you are a failure, the genie says: "your wish is my command" and soon you'd notice more "dumb" situations.

The list is unlimited so add whatever you want to it.But just before you start taking advantage of the genie within, you have to master the skills of talking to your subconscious mind.First of all, you can't communicate with your subconscious mind by words, this language is profound to our creative mind, it only understands in 2 ways:
think positive
  The first is by images, or visualization.  The second is by feeling.But whatever way you chose for communication you have to believe, or else your visualization would be merely daydreaming and your wish will stay a wish.What I mean by believing is having faith in your subconscious mind and knowing that your command would become a reality by only commanding the subconscious mind. So for believing you have to get an "I can" attitude, so from now on you have to start believing that you can get whatever you want. 

I quote from the amazing book of Dr. Joseph Murphy "Miracles of The Mind" about how your subconscious mind works:"It is like the soil: it will accept any seed that will deposit in it, whether it is good or bad. Remember: anything that you accept as true and believe in will be accepted by your subconscious mind, and brought into your life as a condition, experience, or event."So now that you know how your life is driven you can take advantage of that knowledge and do a small experiment: Your mind is the genie you were looking for, and your subconscious mind's key is pictures, through pictures and belief you communicate with the most intelligent thing you've got. So now imagine you want to become an artist, but you used to think that you suck at drawing, so why don't you see for yourself what your subconscious mind can do. Go get a white piece of paper, then tell yourself that you are a really good artist and that your drawings are amazing, then just relax your mind and body and don't worry about it not working since it will put skepticism in your mind, you have to truly believe that you can do it and let  your mind draw and not your hands, the moment you realize what your mind can do and how far it can reach if you allow it, you'll start realizing how amazing you are.

So the steps are:
1.      Get a white piece of paper and a pencil.
2.      Tell yourself that you can do it.
3.      Just relax, and believe in yourself.

4.      Let your mind do the drawing and not your hands. Witness a miracle happening.

Actually I have tried it myself, I really used to think I suck when it comes to drawing but I wanted to try this exercise first before telling you about it, and it worked though I started with small things and then went to things more complicated, and I advise you to do the same so that you don't become discouraged if you didn't draw the horse correctly from the first time, because you see, you have programmed your  mind as "not-so-artistic" so many times, that's why to get out of it will take some time it all depends on your amount of belief. But its normal to draw a water bottle or a couch very nicely the first time you try, but what I recommend is to have what you want to draw in front of you, and look at it frequently.
Now if you are good at drawing you might try yourself at something you're bad at, writing for instance or singing or dancing, anything you feel bad at doing. This exercise will help you get out of your belief that your mind can only be good at one thing at a time.You can be whatever you want to be, just know that: YOU ARE WHAT YOU THINK YOU ARE.
